Kägehmex-kel Rudnoplu (/cɑˈgehmex/ /kel/ [formal] [powder]) is a temperate Small Town located in the Ipáiīut Region of the Confederation of Goblin Tribes.

The name Kägehmex-kel Rudnoplu is derived from the Gnollish language, as Kägehmex-kel Rudnoplu was founded by Tsèbë vyim Mɑnkfilf, who was culturaly Gnollish.

The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes.
